Join us for a course on "Optimizing Wellness: A Multidisciplinary Approach to Limiting Stress in Your Life." This course offers a comprehensive approach to managing and limiting stress in everyday life. Led by a team of experts including dietitian Debbie Krivitsky, and Dr. Eric Block, renowned as the stress-free dentist, participants will gain valuable insights and practical strategies to promote overall well-being and reduce stress levels. Through an interactive workshop, participants will explore the intricate connections between physical health, nutrition, and wellness practices in relation to stress management. From understanding the physiological effects of stress on the body to learning mindfulness techniques and dietary adjustments, this course equips individuals with the tools necessary to cultivate a healthier and more balanced lifestyle. By the end of the course, participants will be empowered to take proactive steps towards reducing stress, enhancing resilience, and leading a healthier, more fulfilling life.
