It is widely accepted that good oral health is an integral part of good overall health, yet poor oral health remains a public health issue across the country and right here in Massachusetts. Since its inception, the MDS Foundation has been working to address the problem of poor oral health by increasing access to care for underserved populations and raising awareness about the importance of good oral hygiene and regular dental care. Each year, the Foundation awards grants to deserving organizations and projects, but we cannot do it without your help. The generosity of our donors is vital to the continued success of the MDS Foundation in working toward improving the oral health of Massachusetts residents.
Last year, your contributions helped us to fund projects ranging from providing dental care to more than 100 homeless youth who visited Bridge Over Troubled Water to helping Springfield Technical Community College outfit its new community dental clinic.
