Report Full Fee on Dental Claim Form

The American Dental Association (ADA) Council on Dental Benefit Programs recommends always reporting the full fee on the dental claim form for each service reported to a third-party payer. A full fee is a fee for a service set by the dentist, which reflects the costs of providing the procedure and the value of the dentist’s professional judgment.
