Make a Difference

The MDS Foundation awards grants to deserving organizations and projects, but we cannot do it without your help. The generosity of our donors is vital to the continued success of the MDS Foundation in its efforts to improve the oral health of Massachusetts residents.

Donations to the Foundation have helped fund projects providing oral health care to underserved populations across the state, including, but not limited to, children, the elderly, veterans, individuals with disabilities, and those who would otherwise not receive care.

Ways to Give

It is through the generous support of our donors that we are able to fund programs that increase access to dental care and education. If you would like to donate, there are several ways to contribute. Give someone the gift of a smile today.

  • Donate online.
  • Mail a donation check (Make checks payable to the MDS Foundation and mail to: MDS Foundation, Two Willow Street, Southborough, MA 01745).
  • Host a fundraiser in your District to benefit the MDS Foundation.
  • Give an in-kind gift by donating services or supplies.
  • Honor a loved one or recognize a birthday, anniversary, or accomplishment through a memorial or tribute donation. Each recipient will receive a special card from the Foundation notifying them of your donation, and the amount of the donation will be kept confidential. Additionally, all tribute donations are published annually in the summer issue of the Journal of the Massachusetts Dental Society. Make a memorial or tribute donation.
