Keeping these posters up to date can be overwhelming, and failing to do so could pose significant legal consequences. We make it easy for you. The posters listed above are available to download on mass.gov for convenient reference. You may also contact the MDS Member Savings Program partner J.J. Keller to fulfill your poster requirements automatically.
Massachusetts workplace poster regulations require all employers, including dental practices with at least one employee, to post current federal and state employment law notices at each of their locations. These posters must be placed in an area frequented daily by employees (unless otherwise specified) and must be kept current.
