Propio provides phone and video interpretation, enabling dentists to communicate with non-English-speaking patients in seconds. Propio services are fully compliant with Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act.
What We Do
Propio provides interpretation services that help dental practices communicate with patients who speak languages other than English, including American Sign Language. MDS members can connect with interpreters during patient visits, treatment discussions, and follow-up care while supporting compliance with CMS language access requirements.
Propio provides on-demand interpretation services with connection times within seconds. Dental practices can continue to connect with interpreters and translators trained in dental terminology, using phones, tablets, or computers already in the office.
