Early-Career Dentist Business Training
What is the Career Accelerator Program (CAP)? It’s a practical business training program designed for new dentists. This four-month business-focused continuum is led by subject matter experts who provide participants with essential business knowledge to enhance and accelerate their career development, enabling them to make more informed decisions. CAP runs from March to June and beyond, with biannual follow-up get-togethers. The program offers a mix of business and social programs, both in-person (at the MDS headquarters, 2 Willow Street, Southborough, MA) and online, to create a community of support.
