Waiver of Dues

Thank you for your interest in continuing your membership in organized dentistry. Your membership helps maintain the strength of the MDS to speak for and to protect the interests of dentists.

The MDS offers dues waivers as an outlet for dentists who want to be members but find themselves in situations where it is difficult to afford the annual dues.

You may submit a request for a waiver of dues by using the form below and emailing it membership@massdental.org. Requests and information provided are held strictly confidential and are reviewed anonymously by the Waiver Review Committee. Personal identification (including name, address, ADA number, and district) is removed from the form before being reviewed by the committee.
