Educational Stipends Available

The Massachusetts Dental Society is pleased to once again offer a variety of Educational Stipends to Auxiliary students. Below, please find information on each available stipend, as well as links to download the application and materials.

  • Stephen Stone Educational Stipend. This stipend, awarded in conjunction with the District Dental Societies, provides any eligible auxiliary student up to $1,000.
  • Hygiene Student Stipend. This $350 stipend is awarded to one student from each of Massachusetts's eight dental hygiene programs. Download Application
  • DANB Stipend. This stipend is for dental assisting students taking all or one portion of the DANB dental assisting exam. Download Application 
  • Non-traditional Stipend. This $200 stipend is available for dental assisting students at the Massasoit Community College evening program, Northeast Metropolitan Regional Vocational Technical High School, the Kaplan Career Institute, and Minuteman Regional Vocational Technical High School.  Download Application
