Primary Responsibilities
The Waiver Review Committee is composed of the Assistant Secretary, Assistant Treasurer, two trustees (on a two-year term) appointed by the President, and one representative from the Council on Membership. The Assistant Secretary shall serve as the chair. The primary responsibilities of the committee are to:

- Provide a neutral environment for considering membership dues waiver requests and offer statewide consistency in approving or denying requests.
- Recommend actions to the Board for dues waiver requests.
- Review and approve MDS Relief Fund grants.
