Yankee Virtual 2021 Receives Best Customer Service Award
February 1, 2021 – The Massachusetts Dental Society and Yankee Virtual 2021 made the LiveHelpNow Challenge list of top companies providing exceptional customer service for the month of January. During Yankee Virtual 2021, which was held virtually from January 28-30, MDS staff manning the web chat were available for 9,000 visitors and successfully completed more than 700 live web chats. Web chat was just one of the many ways MDS staff communicated with Yankee attendees, as there was also a huge team effort from staff answering and returning telephone calls, monitoring the Yankee chat rooms inside the platform, and the Yankee Information booth.
The MDS also received this award in January 2020 for Yankee Dental Congress customer service and May 2020 during the Membership Return to Practice initiative.
