Please save the date for the Valley District Dental Society's Winter General Meeting and Webinar, "Risk Management in Dental Practice," with speaker Katherine A. Panikian, JD, CPCU, ARM.  

This course will teach, by examining professional liability claims, how risk management is a vital tool in reducing your malpractice exposure. We will examine claims that involved a breach in the standard of care and failure to obtain informed consent. By learning risk management best practices, you are doing your best to reduce the risk of litigation and to establish a more defensible position should litigation occur.
