Although the Massachusetts Dental Society believes that advertisements published in the MDS News and the Journal of the Massachusetts Dental Society are from reputable sources, the Society neither investigates the offers made nor assumes responsibility for them. The Massachusetts Dental Society reserves the right to decline to accept and to withdraw advertisements at its discretion.
The appearance of advertising in MDS publications is not an MDS guarantee or endorsement of the product or the claims made for the product by the manufacturer. The fact that an advertisement for a product, service, or company has appeared in an MDS publication shall not be referred to in collateral advertising.
As a matter of policy, MDS will sell advertising space in its publications when the buyer believes purchase of such space is a sound expenditure and when the inclusion of advertising material does not interfere with the purpose of the publication.
