Another Great Reason to Join the MDS CE Registry!
 The Council on Dental Education suggests that you frame your transcript and hang it in your reception area for all to see! Let your patients know how up to date you are on your continuing education and what special professional interests you have. You can also update the transcript when you receive your new one every six months or print it yourself online.

Annual Fees
The CE Registry is an voluntary subscription that runs on a calendar year. Members can renew their subscription on their annual dues statement or online. The annual fees for the registry are:

$30 MDS Auxiliary Members
$65 Non-MDS Members
$35 Hygienists
$35 Assistants/Laboratory Technicians

CE Registry Rules and Regulations
For questions or concerns about the CE Registry or your record, please contact Susan Karp at (800) 342-8747, ext. 250.

- The registry cycle runs annually January-December. Membership must be renewed each year to access records.
- Registry members who take a course at the Yankee Dental Congress and enter credits at the CE pavilion will have their credits automatically entered into the registry database.
- Registry members who takes a class at MDS will have their credits automatically entered into the registry database.
- Corrections need to be mailed or faxed to the MDS, or can be made online at www.massdental.org/ce/ce_manage.
- Registry member will receive one printed transcript by mail each year in January. Transcripts can also be printed online anytime at www.massdental.org/ce/ce_manage.
